1. INSTALL FRONT DIFFERENTIAL CARRIER ASSEMBLY
(a) Connect the actuator hose and connector.
(b) Install the No. 1 mounting support with the 3 bolts.

(1) If there is an open circuit between a No. 1 ultrasonic sensor and the clearance
warning ECU assembly or a sensor is malfunctioning, the malfunction is displayed
as shown in the illustration.

1. INSPECT PROPELLER SHAFT WITH CENTER BEARING ASSEMBLY
(a) Using a dial indicator, check the propeller shaft runout.
Maximum runout:
0.6 mm (0.0236 in.)
If the shaft runout is greater than the maximum, replace the shaft.

1. SUPPLEMENTAL RESTRAINT SYSTEM DTC CHECK (USING SST CHECK WIRE)
