(a) Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped in protective tape, detach the 2
claws to remove the shift lock release button cover from the console upper panel
sub-assembly.

When the blind spot monitor main switch assembly (warning canceling switch assembly)
is turned on, a signal is sent to the blind spot monitor sensor LH. The blind spot
