HINT:
The ECM receives signals from each sensor to control all functions of the cruise control system. When a malfunction is detected, the fail-safe function operates until the ignition switch off.

CHECK FOR DTCs (RADAR CRUISE1) |
(a) Clear the DTCs.

(b) Perform the following to make sure that the DTC detection conditions are met.
HINT:
If the detection conditions are not met, the malfunction cannot be detected.
(c) Check for DTCs.
