DESCRIPTION

C1452	After braking, the fluid pressure inside the accumulator is below the threshold within 3.2 seconds.	Hydraulic circuit Accumulator pressure sensor (master cylinder solenoid)

CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT

NOTICE:

When replacing the skid control ECU (master cylinder solenoid), perform calibration (See page PROCEDURE ).

PROCEDURE

1.	CUSTOMER PROBLEM ANALYSIS

(a) Check with the customer to determine if frequent braking has been performed.

2.	RECONFIRM DTC

(a) Clear the DTC (See page (b) Turn the ignition switch off. ).

(b) Turn the ignition switch off.

(d) Turn the ignition switch to ON.

(e) Wait for 99 seconds.

(f) Check if the same DTC is output (See page Result ).

Frequent braking was not performed and DTC is not output	B
Frequent braking was performed and DTC is not output	C

HINT:

Excessive brake pedal operation results in abnormal accumulator pressure consumption. This is normal.

3.	CHECK HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT

(a) Check the hydraulic circuit (See page OK: ).

OK:

Hydraulic circuit is normal (no leakage).

REPAIR HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT

4.	READ VALUE USING TECHSTREAM (ACCUMULATOR SENSOR)

REPLACE MASTER CYLINDER SOLENOID

5.	RECONFIRM DTC

(a) Clear the DTCs (See page (b) Turn the ignition switch off. ).

(b) Turn the ignition switch off.
