(a) Inspect the battery voltage.
Standard Voltage:
11 to 14 V
If the voltage is below 11 V, recharge or replace the battery before proceeding to the next step.

(a) Use the Techstream to check if the CAN communication system is functioning normally.

(a) Check for DTCs and note any code that is output.
(b) Clear the DTCs.
(c) Recheck for DTCs. Based on the DTCs output above, try to force the air conditioning system to output DTCs by simulating the conditions indicated by the DTC.

DESCRIPTION
The ABS solenoid relay supplies power to the ABS solenoid and TRAC solenoid.
The solenoid relay is turned on 1.5 seconds after the ignition switch is turned
ON, and is turned off if an open or short in the solenoid is detected by the self
diagnosis performed when the engine starts ...
