DESCRIPTION
The No. 1 ultrasonic sensor (rear center sensor LH) is installed on the rear bumper. The ECU detects obstacles based on signals received from the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor (rear center sensor LH). If the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor (rear center sensor LH) has an open circuit or other malfunction, it will not function normally.

(a) Replace the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor (rear center sensor LH) with a known
good one (See page ).
HINT:
All of the sensors are interchangeable. To confirm whether a sensor is functioning normally, switch it with a known good sensor from the other end of the vehicle.

Steering Lock Position Signal Circuit Malfunction (B2285)
DESCRIPTION
This DTC is stored when the steering lock position signal sent by the steering
lock ECU (steering lock actuator or upr bracket assembly) via direct line and the
steering lock position signal sent via LIN communication do not match.
