REMOVAL
PROCEDURE
1. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE
(a) w/ Toyota Safety Sense P
|
(1) Disconnect the connector. |
|
(2) Disengage the clamp.
|
(b) Put protective tape around the radiator grille. |
|
(c) Remove the 2 screws.
(d) Remove the 2 clips.
(e) Disengage the 10 guides to remove the radiator grille.

(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type rear seatback cover
with 2 new hog rings.

1. CHECK STEERING WHEEL FREE PLAY
(a) Stop the vehicle and align the tires facing straight ahead.
(b) Gently turn the steering wheel right and left by hand, and check
the steering wheel free play.

30 mm (1.18 in.)
