3 seconds after the ignition switch is turned to ON, a communication error between the spiral cable with sensor sub-assembly and the forward recognition camera is detected for approximately 5 seconds or more. |

3 seconds after the ignition switch is turned to ON, a communication error between the skid control ECU (brake actuator assembly) and the forward recognition camera is detected for approximately 5 seconds or more. |

PROCEDURE

CHECK FOR DTCs |
(a) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
(b) Turn the ignition switch to ON.
(c) Turn the Techstream on.
(d) Enter the following menus: Chassis / LKA/LDA / Trouble Codes.
(e) Clear the DTCs.

(f) Make sure that the DTC detection conditions are met.
HINT:
If the detection conditions are not met, the system cannot detect the malfunction.
(g) Enter the following menus: Chassis / LKA/LDA / Trouble Codes.
(h) Check the DTCs.
