CHECK OPERATION |
(a) Press the disc eject switch of the navigation receiver assembly for 5 seconds or more and check that the CD is ejected.
OK:
CD is ejected.

REPLACE CD AND RECHECK |
(a) Replace CD with a known good one and check that the malfunction disappears.
OK:
CD is ejected.

DESCRIPTION
There may be a short circuit between the CAN main bus lines and/or CAN branch
lines when the resistance between terminals 15 (CA5H) and 16 (CA5L) of the central
gateway ECU (network gateway ECU) is below 54 Ω.
